Job description Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirement of the job Find creative ways of sourcing profiles as per requirement Create and publish jobs on various job portals and social media groups Network with potential hires through related groups on social media Screen resumes received from all sources Conduct an HR interview over phone and share detailed feedback with the concerned authority and shortlist qualified candidates Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule technical interviews Negotiate with the selected candidate on salary and ask for relevant documents Coordinate with HR Manager for releasing Offer letter Onboard the selected candidate and complete pre and post onboarding formalities Ensure engagement of candidates pre and post hiring process Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings Take up various employee engagement initiatives Introduce and coordinate various system improvements Knowledge/ Skills Knowledge of various sourcing techniques Handled multiple requirements at a time Hands on experience of using job portals Good written and verbal communication Strong interpersonal skills Attitude Go Getter Innovative Self - Driven Perseverant Qualification Graduate/Post Graduate in HR Experience 2-3 years of experience in recruiting freshers, mid-level and senior level candidates for a manufacturing company Candidates who have catered to plant requirements will be preferred RoleRecruitment & Talent Acquisition - Other Industry TypePackaging & Containers Functional AreaHuman Resources Employment TypeFull Time, Permanent Role CategoryRecruitment & Talent Acquisition Education UG :B.B.A/ B.M.S in Management PG :MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations Key Skills Sourcing ProfilesOnboardingRecruitment HiringEmployee EngagementHRManufacturingInterviewing Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills rec-photo Sakshi Bohra Company Recruiter at AVI GLOBAL PLAST PVT.
